INGREDIENTS
○ 1 Vego hazelnut chocolate bar
○ 2 cups Coyo vanilla bean & nutmeg dairy-free ice cream, plus extra scoops
○ 3⁄4 cup organic nut milk, e.g. almond, hazelnut
○ Organic desiccated coconut
METHOD
1. Melt Vego chocolate bar in a small heat-proof bowl over boiling water. Smear on the bottom and sides of glasses.
2. Blend ice cream and nut milk for a few seconds, and pour into glasses. Top with an extra scoop of ice cream, then sprinkle with coconut. Enjoy immediately.
