From Sunshine Coast to Lismore and now North Sydney, nature has hit us hard with record-breaking floods.
Our community is rallying around each other and we are doing all we can to support not only our immediate team affected but all involved.
We are grateful for the brave SES, police and humble townspeople getting people to safety and providing shelter, clothing & food.
Our Lismore store has been underwater & our team displaced from their homes – but thankfully everyone we know is accounted for and safe. Many of our suppliers have also been affected and so our hearts go out to them as well. And our farmers & cattle ….. we can only watch in dismay at the devastation caused by loss of crops, soil, livelihoods and animals.
This will be a long process of recovery and repair – and we have already mobilised pallets of food & water to reach those in need. We will continue to keep everyone updated via our social media accounts, so please check in with us there to see the recovery effort in process. Listening to those on the ground, one of the best ways to help is via cash donation so essential items, clothing, cleaning, petrol and food can be organised efficiently.
