Bring the taste of summer to your winter with this delicious coconut & pineapple smoothie! This three-ingredient smoothie is not only incredibly tasty but is super filling too – the perfect breakfast as we head into spring.
Gluten Free & Vegan | Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 2
- 2 cups organic pineapple chunks
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup @enjoypalms coconut milk
- Simply combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix until a smooth, creamy texture is formed.
- Divide the mixture between two glasses & decorate with sliced pineapple and banana leaves if you so desire.
Note: Using frozen bananas will help thicken up your smoothie. If you choose to use fresh fruit, make sure to add a handful of ice to create that thicker texture.
