We eat with our eyes I know, and presentation is everything BUT throw that out the window for now. This is my version of a little treat after dinner…hits the taste spot but not that easy on the eye.

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup of frozen blueberries (or mixed) |
1 tbsp nut butter or peanut butter |
1 tbsp shredded coconut |
1-2 tbsp coconut cream |
1 tsp pepitas |
1 tsp sunflower seeds |
1 tbsp MCT or coconut oil |
METHOD
- 1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients
- 2. Serve
