Desserts can be time-consuming and finicky, which is the last thing we need during the stress of the festive season. When you’re short of time, make our express Christmas dessert; it’s delicious, vegan, healthy and will impress your friends and family! We’ve kept it incredibly simple so that it’s stress-free, fast and easy for anyone to make.
INGREDIENTS
1 tub Coyo Ice Cream |
3 Blue Dinosaur Paleo Bars (lamington or sour cherry work well) |
Fresh, organic berries |
METHOD
- 1. Soften one tub of Coyo ice cream.
- 2. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in broken up Blue Dinosaur Paleo Bars; use your favourite flavour or a combination of a few.
- 3. Pour into a lined tin (lined with two layers of cling wrap or baking paper) and re-freeze for 2 -3 hours.
- 4. Top with fresh berries and enjoy immediately before it melts!
