Gluten Free, Dairy Free | Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
2 slices Ancient Grains bread (We used Rice Bread) 🍞
2 Tbsp. @noya.nutbutter of your choice (We used the ABC spread)
1 organic banana, thinly sliced
1 organic egg
½ tsp @simplyorganicfoods Simply Organic cinnamon
¼ cup @originalbonsoy milk
1 Tbsp. Kunara Certified Organic Extra Virgin Coconut oil
2 Scoops @eat_mooloo ice cream (optional)
1-2 Tbsp. OWN raw honey
Method:
1. Spread ABC butter on both pieces of bread. Layer one piece with banana slices, then place the other slice on top.
2. In a shallow bowl whisk together, egg, cinnamon, and oat milk until fully combined. Then, soak both sides of your sandwich until moisture is absorbed.
3. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the sandwich for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
4. Serve with a drizzle of Own raw honey and top with Mooloo ice cream.
