Crunchy Green Dulse Salad
This bowl of fresh and crispy cabbage, cos and green goodness is the ideal dinner party side salad or base for your favourite protein. Dressing Ingredients:
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp Carwari Tahini
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp Flannerys OWN Honey
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp water
Salad Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup white cabbage, shaved
- 2 cups cos lettuce, diced
- 1//4 cup mint leaves
- 1 avocado, large cubes
- 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tbsp Pacific Harvest Dulse Flakes
Method:
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together until smooth.
- Prepare your salad ingredients by chopping and slicing.
- Place the salad ingredients and 1 tbsp. of the dulse flakes into a large serving bowl and mix well.
- Pour half of the dressing over the salad.
- Finish with sea salt and remaining dulse flakes.
- The remaining dressing can be served separately and added to taste.
