These Chocolate Coconut Seed Bars are a rich, no-bake bar full of vitamins and minerals that’s bound to keep you satisfied until your next meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup macadamia nut pieces
- 1/4 sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp of maca powder
- 1 tbsp flaxmeal
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla bean
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup melted cacao butter
Method:
- Place cacao butter into saucepan on medium heat until it turns into a liquid. Stir regularly.
- In a food processor, blend almonds until a fine crumb.
- Place ground almonds, and all other ingredients into a mixing bowl, including melted cacao butter.
- Stir until mixture is combined.
- Place flat into a lined baking tray.
- Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove, slice and enjoy!
