At Kunara we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, however if you need to return an item, we’re only too happy to help!
Ultimately we want you to be happy, however we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
In light of the current Corona pandemic, from 16th March 2020, we will not accept change of mind purchases, to discourage over-purchasing. Please be mindful with your consumption
and if you have items you no longer need, we encourage donations to community organisations or your community members.
Our Refund & Returns Policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Kunara accepts product returns if there is a fault or defect and you can present your receipt as proof of purchase.
Kunara reserves the right to not offer a refund or exchange if the product fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available.
Please return item within a reasonable timeframe, with proof of purchase. If you’re a Kunara Member, we can look up your past receipts as well!
