Summer is finally here and what better way to cool down than with a refreshing, cold watermelon smoothie bowl. Stay hydrated from this frozen watermelon and packed with goodness from the frozen strawberries and bananas.

- 1/4 watermelon
- 250g strawberries
- 2 frozen bananas
- 400ml coconut cream
Cube the watermelon, strawberries and banana and place in the freezer overnight
Defrost lightly and place into a high speed blender with the coconut cream.
Blend until well combined. This may take a couple of pulses.
Pour into a bowl of your choice and top with edible flowers and cut outs from excess watermelon. I used moon and star cookie cutters to make my shapes.
