1 cup Walnuts
½ cup Fresh Basil leaves
½ cup Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, peeled
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
½ cup Flaxseed Oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Sea salt and cracked pepper
1. Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil, salt, then add pasta and start cooking.
2. Meanwhile, place all other ingredients in food processor and blitz until almost smooth.
3. Once pasta is cooked, add the pesto and sprinkle some extra parmesan cheese as a garnish.
