Ingredients
400g Hakubaku Organic Soba Noodles
Organic Olive Oil
2 Organic Zucchinis, diced
1 Organic Red Capsicum, finely sliced
1 Organic Yellow Capsicum, finely sliced
1 Punnet Organic Cherry Tomatoes
2 tbsp Organic Soy Sauce
Organic Sesame Seeds, to serve
Method
- Cook noodles as per the packet’s directions.
- In a large fry pan, add a small amount of olive oil over medium heat. Add zucchini, capsicums and tomatoes and gently sauté until softened. Add cooked and drained soba noodles and combine with vegetables. Add soy sauce, stirring gently. Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
