Vegan Jackfruit Tacos

Vegan | Gluten free | Dairy free | Makes: 3-4 tacos

Easy and quick, Upton’s Naturals jackfruit varieties are pre- marinated in delicious flavours so the work is already done for you. We’ve used the Bar-B-Que flavour for these tacos for a delicious smokey and summery hit. Combined with chopped veggies and you’ll have tasty tacos for the family in minutes.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 tbsp organic olive oil
• 1 packet Upton’s Naturals Bar-B-Que Jackfruit
• 1 organic red onion, sliced
• 1 punnet organic cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves

   

METHOD

1. 1 bunch organic coriander, chopped roughly
2.  1 organic chilli, sliced
3. 3-4 gluten-free soft tacos

Optional: 2 organic fresh lime
