Ingredients
1 Ripe Organic Avocado
Juice of 1 Fresh Lime
SOL Breads Gluten-Free Megagrain Loaf
Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper
Method
Slice the avocado in half and remove the pip. Using a tablespoon, scoop out avocado from both halves and place in a bowl. Sprinkle lime juice over avocado and using a fork, mash avocado until combined with lime juice. Toast a few slices of the megagrain loaf and top with the smashed avocado, then salt and pepper. Mum will love this healthy breakfast with a cup of tea!
