This salted caramel smoothie is a delicious way to support hydration and energy!
The combination of banana and dates provides natural carbohydrates for sustained energy, healthy fats from the cashew butter, and added electrolytes that help support hydration.
It’s a great choice for busy mornings, post-workout recovery, or those times when you want something sweet that is also fibre-rich
Serves: 1 | Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup tiger milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 frozen banana
- 2-3 fresh medjool dates
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
- ½ scoop Sodii Unflavored Hydration Salts
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cashew butter for decoration, healthy fats & flavour
Method:
- Add the milk, ice, frozen banana, dates, maple syrup, cinnamon and Sodii to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Smear a dollop of cashew butter up the side of your glass with the back of a spoon.
- Pour smoothie into the glass and enjoy!
