½ cup Organic Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
½ cup Organic Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Organic Maca Powder
⅓ cup Goji Berries
Coconut flakes and Goji Berries to garnish
1. Melt the coconut oil and maple syrup in a small saucepan over a low heat. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the cacao, maca and goji berries, then whisk in the melted liquid mixture until combined well.
3. Pour into 6 chocolate moulds or muffin cups until each are 3/4 full.
4. Sprinkle coconut flakes and a Goji Berry over the top of each cup, then place in the fridge until firm.
