Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Collagen Hot Chocolate
- ⅔ cup salted butter, melted
- ½ cup hot milk
- 2 cups coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 ⅓ cup plain flour (your choice)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3/4 chocolate bar (or melts) chopped
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or melts, for topping
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees and line small rectangle tray (20 x 10) with baking paper
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Nutra Organics Collagen Hot Chocolate powder and hot milk
- Whisk in the melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla
- Then, stir in the flour, salt, baking soda and chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and top with pieces of the chopped chocolate
- Bake for 30 mins
- Once baked, leave to cool for 10 mins while you melt the chocolate for the final drizzle.
- Slice and drizzle with melted chocolate to serve
- Try not to eat the whole batch prior to serving. They are that good.
