Ingredients
4 cups Water, plus extra for miso paste
¼ cup (1 sheet) Dried Seaweed, cut into rectangles
4 tbsp Spiral Shiro Miso Paste
½ cup Spring Onions, finely sliced
½ cup Sturdy Greens, such as chard, chopped
¼ cup Tofu, cubed
Method
- Heat 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Add the seaweed and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with a small amount of hot water and whisk until smooth. Add to the saucepan and stir.
- Add the spring onions, greens and tofu to the saucepan and cook for 5-10 minutes until greens are the desired consistency.
