This chocolatey smoothie will satisfy your cravings!
The star of the recipe being the delicious Pure Harvest Coco Quench milk base, which adds another decadent level of creamy goodness.
vegetarian, gluten free
INGREDIENTS
6 tsp vanilla Greek or coconut yoghurt |
1 frozen banana |
2 tbsp OWN Raw Cashews (soaked overnight if possible) |
2 tbsp OWN Organic Cacao powder |
1/2 cup organic spinach |
1/4 avocado |
1/2 cup Pure Harvest Organic Coco Quench |
Chopped nuts to garnish |
METHOD
1. If you have soaked your cashews overnight, drain and add to a blender
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy
3. If the mixture is too thick for your liking – add more coconut milk
4. Top with chopped nuts – walnuts, cashews etc and even some cacao nibs!
