2 cups organic shredded coconut
300g chocolate of choice, melted*
1 tbsp agave syrup
1. Mix coconut, carob and agave in a large bowl until combined. Add more coconut if mixture is too runny.
2. Scoop mixture into piles on a non-stick mat or tray and form into nest shapes.
3. Refrigerate until hardened. Fill with your choice of Easter treats!
