Ingredients
2 cups organic shredded coconut
300g organic carob, melted
1 tbsp agave syrup
Method
- Mix coconut, carob and agave in a large bowl until combined. Add more coconut if mixture is too runny.
- Scoop mixture into piles on a non-stick mat or tray and form into nest shapes.
- Refrigerate until hardened. Fill with your choice of Easter treats!
