*If you are new to using MCT oil, only add 1 teaspoon into your MCT Coffee, if you have been using MCT oil for sometime, you can increase your intake to 1 tablespoon per day.

30ml espresso coffee [or cup of fresh organic black coffee] |
1 TBS of Melrose MCT oil |
1 TBS grass fed organic butter, Ghee OR EV Coconut Oil |
a sprinkle of cinnamon |
METHOD
1. Blend it all together & enjoy hot.
