We have a fun and healthy breakfast alternative for you! Add a bit of colour into your morning with these seriously delicious overnight birchers full of probiotics and all the good stuff!
INGREDIENTS
40g of Blue Frog Vanilla Bean Probiotic Porridge |
1 tsp of chia seeds |
½ grated green apple |
Squeeze of lemon juice |
1 tbsp of coconut yoghurt |
100ml of coconut milk |
½ tsp of blue spirulina – for more breakfast fun, you can also use pitaya or turmeric powder. |
METHOD
- 1. Mix blue spirulina and coconut milk together.
- 2. Combine and mix all remaining ingredients together and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
- 3. Top with coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, mango or your favourite Blue Frog cereals!
