It’s time to nourish your tummy with goodness. This dish is perfect for a healthy plant-based lunch or dinner with an asian inspired twist.
INGREDIENTS
Baked Veggies Marinade: |
2 tbsp Niulife Naked Cocomino sauce |
1/2 tsp freshly ground ginger |
1 tbsp minced garlic |
2 tsp sesame oil |
salt + pepper |
Baked Tofu Marinade: |
1 tbsp peanut butter |
1 1/2 tbsp Niulife Naked Cocomino sauce |
1/2 tbsp lime juice |
salt + pepper |
METHOD
1. Whisk all veggie marinade ingredients together and marinade veggies of choice in the mixture.
2. Bake in oven at 180°C until crispy.
3. Whisk all tofu marinade ingredients together and coat tofu blocks with marinade for at least 30min (or even overnight).
4. Bake in oven at oven at 180°C until crispy.
5. Combine veggies and tofu in a bowl and enjoy!
