What nutrients are we talking about?
Seaweed, along with it’s strong antioxidant properties, is also a fantastic source of Iodine which is necessary for thyroid function and a healthy metabolism. You’re also getting a dose of healthy fats and minerals such as iron, manganese, zinc and selenium.
Miso is also rich in essential vitamins and minerals as well as being a gut-friendly fermented food.

|4 sheets Honest Sea Sushi Nori|
|8 tbsp. rice wine vinegar|
|2/3 cup olive oil|
|½ cup Ceres Organic tamari|
|2 tbsp. Meru Miso white miso paste|
|2 tsp. sesame oil|
|2 large pinches Himalayan pink salt|
|2 tsp. sesame seeds|
1. Preheat oven to 180c.
2. Bake nori sheets for 5 minutes, until lightly toasted.
3. Add all ingredients into a blender and….BLEND! That’s it.
