Our Kunara team take great care on selecting quality, ethical goods for you & we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you need to return an item for any reason, we’re only too happy to help.
In light of the current Corona pandemic, from 16th March 2020, we will not accept change of mind purchases, to discourage over-purchasing. Please be mindful with your consumption and if you have items you no longer need, we encourage donations to community organisations or your community members.
Our Refund & Returns Policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Kunara Organic Marketplace accepts product returns if there is a fault or defect and you can present your receipt as proof of purchase.
Kunara reserves the right to not offer a refund or exchange if the product fault is a result of misuse or neglect. If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. Please speak with one of our helpful team members in store.
Please return the item within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
Any refunds will be at the purchased price.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards can also not be returned or exchanged for cash.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com so we can assess the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
